The Challenge

As the largest erosion control company in the U.S., this brand faced a complex internal challenge: multiple sub-brands and teams were using different language to describe the company’s offerings. The result? Confusion for customers and lack of alignment across sales and marketing. They needed clear, unified messaging—and stronger presentation skills to better communicate their value to B2B buyers.

My Approach

I facilitated a 2-day StoryBrand Messaging & Marketing Workshop with cross-functional leaders in sales and marketing to align on a clear and compelling brand narrative. We created a Messaging Playbook to serve as their internal north star. I also coached sales team members on presentation best practices and how to use story-driven communication techniques to build trust and drive conversions.
